The meeting announced Decision No. 385/QĐ-HĐQT-BHTG132 dated 1 December 2014, signed by the BOD Chairman on establishing departments at the headquarters, namely:
The Department of Supervision 1 to merge with the Department of Supervision 2 to form the Department of Supervision.
The Department of Examination 1 to merge with the Department of Examination 2 to form the Department of Examination.
The Department of Resolution, Reception and Liquidation to merge with the Department of Financial Assistance to form the Department of Premium Collection and Payout.
The Party Committee Office to merge with the Trade Union Office to form Party – Union Office.
The Department of Organization and Human Resource Development to be renamed as the Department of Personnel and Organization;
The Department of Audit and Internal Control to be renamed as the Department of Internal Control.
The remaining departments include: Administration, Capital and Investment, Finance and Accounting, Research and International Affairs, Legislation, Information Technology, Public Relations, BOD Secretary, Internal Audit.
Decision No. 398/QĐ-HĐQT-BHTG132 dated 1 December 2014 signed by the BOD Chairman on the structure of a DIV branch which includes the following departments:
- Supervision
- Examination
- General Office
- Administration and Personnel
- Accounting
- Property Management (for the Branch of Hochiminh City)
Speaking at the meeting, Mr Nguyen Van Thanh – BOD Chairman stressed that, the assigning and rotating officials were conducted on the principle that minimizes changes and maximizes strengths of officials. The Chairman affirmed that in the coming time, DIV will continue to restructure the organization and all departments are kindly requested to cooperate with the Personnel and Organization Department in building decisions on functions, tasks and structure of each department. Especially, the Chairman asked department leaders to review all department activities to push the fulfillment of 2014 plan and building up 2015 plan. He believes that DIV will promote its achievements and community power to realize its political tasks.
Also at the meeting, the BOD Chairman and the General Director granted decisions to some officials including Mr. Le Hung Cuong to be Director of Supervision Department, Ms Do Thi Hang – Director of Examination Department, Mr. Hoang Gia Du – Director of Premium Management and Payout Department, Mr. Vu Van Long – Director of Personnel and Organization Department, Mr Mai Viet Trung – Head Secretary of BOD, Ms Tran Thi Ly – Head of Internal Audit, Mr. Dang Duy Cuong – Director of PR Department, Ms Pham Thi Bich Van – Deputy Director in charge of Capital and Investment Planning Department, and Ms Nguyen Tu Anh – Deputy Head in charge of Party – Union Office.
