Singaporean bank to buy 10% of Vietnam's VP Bank
Oversea-Chinese Banking Corp. (OCBC) said on March 21 it will buy a 10 percent stake in Vietnam Joint-Stock Commercial Bank for Private Enterprises, or VP Bank, for around US$15.7 million.
