New regulations on non-cash payments
The Government has just issued Decree No. 52/2024/ND-CP regulating non-cash payments. The Decree regulates the opening and use of payment accounts and clearly states cases of closing or blocking payment accounts. The Decree takes effect on July 1, 2024.
